You know, the irony here that I actually wrote "Greys" originally, but the photo data had "Grays". It's obviously in error, but I followed the lead of the error.

Hi there all,
Good to see the Greys photos in Palestine posted up. If it's of interest have a look at my father's cybergrave. Before he died we got him to type what he could of his time in WW2. I'm rebuilding and moving the site soon as it needs work. I'm rescanning the original photos at the moment as I put those pages up in 1996 when the internet was still young-ish and couldn't stand big photos. Suffice to say I grew up in a complete Scots Greys culture and served in the regiment as it amalgamated into form the Royal Scots Dragoon Guards. I still ride on a UP saddle and wear the same spurs he used in Palestine in those photos.
