This one is a little late as well, but thought you all would like to know what Christmas mess is like in Bagram, Afghanistan. I don't recall the entire menu but it goes something like this:
roast beef
ham
turkey
sirloin
stuffing
mac & cheese
mashed potatoes
yams
boiled cabbage
greens
assorted ...
