Is there a time frame for this photograph?
At the end of WWI the Finnish Army purchased 1000 horses from the Australian Army.
Apparently they were a little underwhelmed with the quality of the horses when they arrived.

Thanks Ray Don't think we will get that far south at this stage. We had a bit of a laugh last time we were in Washington,,, the WWII memorial says WWII was 1941 - 1945,,, that sounds real funny from our perspective - makes me wonder what my dad was doing in 1939, 1940 and most of 1941 if the war did...

Looks like we are extending our stay in the Wyoming (Rosebud, Little Big Horn etc.) area and then heading to visit friends in Huntsville for some time visiting some sites of historical interest around Chattanooga and Chickamauga. :clap:
