Identified Saddle Blankets

I'd like to share photos of two saddle blankets that I have in collection that are identified to their owners. The first is a M1908 saddle blanket with the name MINTER stitched in red thread into the narrower of the two boarder stripes. The second is a little more detailed. It is a M1917 saddle blanket and appears to be a private purchase by a "Major Devon" purchased on 2-5-19 at Camp Kearny for the sum of $6.00.
