Hi. I have a bridle with a King Edward EDVII cypher (1901-1910) as worn by a Mounted Infantry Officer and it came with a western type saddle. Would anyone have any information as I’m not sure that the saddle was a military item.

Apologies that the photos are on the side but don’t know how to edit.
Thanks

The saddle is not a military item.

On the bridle, I wouldn't be certain its a military item either. I see the item your referring to, but items of that type were and are often afixed to civilian items by their owners. Do you have other reasons to believe the bridle is military?
