Hello Mike. From the little I've learned, it looks like a Colonial/Yeomanry Officer's saddle, circa 1904. I own and ride one, and it's delightfully comfortable, despite being a very flat saddle. Show it some leather love,and it will outlast us, as easy as it outlasted it previous owners!
