You're welcome. I'd like to say that archive.org is the best online library of old and not copyrighted literature. There I found a pretty neat copy of Ordnance Memo #1715 on US1912 experimental cavalry equipment. There are also a lot of things like the analysis of cavalry tactics based on American Civil War experience by cavalry officer Alonzo Grey and the same one of Frederick Whittaker.
