I've only recently discovered podcasts. Those who know me would be surprised that I even have an Ipod, and I really don't. I've been issued one from my office, as it serves to check email, a calendar, contacts, etc., while on the road. Fairly handy, really.

Well, as long as a person has an Ipod, they might as well upload something to it, so I've uploaded some of my CDs (I still have a lot more records than CDs). And I've downloaded some music as well. Anyhow, I've uploaded the CD books I have to listen to on the road, and I've started to download a few podcasts.

Is anyone aware of podcasts that are related to our collective interests here? I read about the Pritzker Military History podcast the other day, and did download the one on Curtis LeMay, which was interesting. The Pritzker podcasts are at:

Anything else out there?

So far, I'm impressed with these. I was out of action yesterday with the flu, or something like it, and enjoyed the podcast on Curtis B. LeMay. Today I had to drove to a neighboring town some 50 miles away and listened to a podcast interview on this service of H. W. Brands, concerning his new book on Franklin Roosevelt. I don't intend to purchase the book, but the interview was interesting. I have a selection of other ones to listen to as well.
