Identification of my saddle

I have what appears to be a McClellan saddle but trying to identify the year and any other pertinent information about it.
It has some numbers stamped or etched into the area above the size shield. Hard to read the left side, but the right has a 13.

It's a M1928 McClellan, but that only gets you part way to where you want to go. M1928s were converted from existing stocks of M1904s.
