these two up packs were us for?? OMR stands for Otago mounted rifles there use could be machine or in trenching tools there not gs pack saddle but the boards do look like the swivel 1902?? for sale on trademe

The top frame is a Machine Gun for the MG pack saddle.
The Pads maybe replacement post WW1

The second Is the Pack Saddle Large intended to take the Cacolets or litters, if required.
Another pack saddle I will draw at some stage.
